ANDREAS ROALD
Andreas is the founder and CEO of Sovereign. Andreas started his media career in 1991, presenting a Saturday night Norwegian national television show.
Andreas has over 20 years experience in investment and finance in film and media and has advised several investment banks, asset managers and hedge funds on their media interests.

He holds a B.A in Film and Media Studies from the University of Sterling and a Masters of European Audiovisual Management from the Media Business School in Madrid. As a former officer of the Royal Norwegian Navy, Andreas served as Platoon Commander.
DONALD ROSENFELD
Donald has had a successful and distinguished career as a film producer spanning three decades. Over the course of eleven years as President of Merchant Ivory Productions, Donald produced a number of critically acclaimed, award winning films including Mr and Mrs Bridge (which received two Oscar nominations), Howards End (nine Oscar nominations) and The Remains of the Day (eight Oscar nominations).
Other films include The Tree of Life, starring Sean Penn, Jessica Chastain and Brad Pitt, which won the Palme D’Or at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for three Oscars in 2012 - Best Picture, Best Director and Best Cinematography.
RICHARD ROWE
Richard is the former Global President of Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Richard worked for Sony Music (previously CBS) for twenty five years, negotiating the acquisition/merger of Sony Music and ATV Music Publishing. The acquisition famously included the Beatles catalogue, purchased as a joint venture with Michael Jackson.

During his time at Sony, Richard was responsible for signing major artists such as Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Sade, Stevie Nicks, Bryan Adams, the Fugees and Oasis. Richard is a UK-qualified solicitor.
GARY TELFORD
Gary Telford has over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of tax. He was formerly a Tax Partner at both PwC and Ernst & Young, and Tax Director at Eversheds. Gary specialises in reviewing and advising entrepreneurial clients to help them achieve their business and personal objectives in the most tax effective way.

Gary is a long-term adviser to Sovereign. Gary is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
